Our team is committed to ensuring that you're delighted with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Please read the terms below for a smooth return process.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that placing an order means you accept all the terms mentioned below.

RETURN & REFUND

  • Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are personalized. Once you place your order, we begin customizing your product immediately, and we are unable to make any changes after the order is confirmed.
  • Errors on Our Part: If there’s an error on our part, we will gladly correct it by sending you a replacement product. Please note that we do not offer refunds for personalized items due to the unique nature of each product. Once the item is customized, it cannot be resold.

CANCELLATION

  • Order Cancellation: Once your order has been locked for processing, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.

FREE REPLACEMENT

  • Delayed Shipments: If your package has not moved for over 3 weeks or significantly exceeds our estimated delivery time, and the shipping address is correct, we will offer a FREE replacement.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect customization), we will take full responsibility within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a FREE replacement.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS:

Send an email to service@siplodge.com with:

  • Order number and your email address.
  • Photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • For printing errors, include photos of the error.
  • For sizing issues, please include a photo with a measuring tape, ruler, or stick to show the discrepancy.

Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We believe that a replacement is the best way to resolve any problems, so we do not process refunds.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In some cases, you can receive a replacement for a small fee compared to the original price:

  • If you provided incorrect customization information (e.g., wrong size or design), we’ll offer a replacement at a small fee.
  • No need to return the defective item in these cases.

NOTES

  • Address Issues: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We typically do not accept replacements due to customers providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Image Discrepancy: Please allow for a 20% difference between the advertised image and the actual product you receive. Due to lighting and monitor settings, colors may appear differently in photos.
